You’d think with all that arrogance they’d at least maintain the basics — but no, hygiene is a myth here, and customer service is just another joke in their unfunny script. Skin infections, rude staff, and zero responsibility. That’s what you’re paying for. It’s less of a swimming pool and more of a breeding ground for bacteria with a bonus ego trip from the employees. Avoid this place unless your goal is to catch an infection and be treated like a beggar asking for water."
